Owner-Occupied Staging
Post consultation, we will return at a later scheduled date. During this time, we will stage and prepare your home, using what you say you have in your home. If needed, we will add an accessories package to complete the look. The smallest of details are taken into consideration as we complete each room. It will then be ready for professional photos, online listings, and in-person showings as it is now positioned for a quick and profitable sale!

While before/after photos show the great value of staging “owner-occupied” properties, it is our desire to protect the privacy of our clients. In an effort to do so, we will not post these photos on our website for the world to see:) We would be happy to share photos with you privately. (With our client’s permission, of course!)
